This machine is designed to emboss hologramm. It emboss transparent polyester film, metalized polyester film, hot stamping foil without glue, of various thickness from 12 micron upwards.

New Mode Simple Narrow Web Hard Hologramm Embosser

Narrow web hard hologramm embosser is designed for producing 160MM width hologramm products, such as hologramm labels, narrow web hologramm film, hologramm aluminum foil, hot stamping foil, etc. It consisted of three parts: embossing unit, heating system and control panel.

This single control panel can adjust temperature, pressure and speed very easily.

Updated model also have side guide function which can improve the alignment when embossing.

Old Model Complicated Control Narrow Web Hard Hologramm Embosser

Narrow web hard hologramm embosser is designed for producing 160MM width hologramm products, such as hologramm labels foil in roll which has precise gap between two stickers. Sticker embossed by this embosser can be applied automaticly by sticker application machine. Comparing to similar model embosser made in USA and Germany, our embosser has same quality and much lower price. This hologramm embosser can emboss slim hologramm seal of cigarette packaging.

1200 mm Wide Web Soft Hologramm Embosser

This machine is suitable to emboss many kinds of film, such as transparent BOPP, PVC, PET film, extensively used in manufacturing hologramm film for anti-counterfeit hologramm packing material. Laminating together with hologramm film, lots boxes have fake preventing packaging and improving their appearance with shining and vivid hologramm effect. To metallize these transarent BOPP, PVC, PET film, we can get aluminum metallized hologramm film in different color, such as silver, red, blue, green, yellow,ect.
